There is constant cigarette smoking and I'm allergic.

Great place, bad management

We love the apartment, its spacious and is in a great location, very quiet and affordable. The only issue is the management and maintenance. Back in february we had a leak in our closet so they had to cut open the wall and fix a leaky pipe. It is now almost August and they STILL have not patched up the hole in the closet, theres jusy a trash ag taped to the wall covering it up separating us from the outside. The property manager is very flaky and has lied to us on more than one occasion. They said they hire a cleaning clmpany to come in and clean between each tennants, i wanna know what cleaning company they claim tk have hired becuase they are not good, or more likely she lied about that becuase there is so mang olaces that are filthy that a cleaning company would have absolutely cleaned. Overall it is a good little apartment but u would nor reccoment and we will not be renewing oir lease becuase of the huge issues I stated above
